We want delivery costs and timing to be clear before you order.

U.S. shipping

Standard U.S. shipping is $4.95 per order. Available shipping methods and final charges are shown at checkout.

Production and delivery

Many Elara pieces are produced after an order is placed. This helps us avoid unnecessary overproduction. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before shipment. Transit time begins after production is complete. In-stock items may ship sooner.

Delivery estimates are provided as a guide and may vary by destination, carrier conditions, and product availability. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships.

International orders

International shipping rates are shown at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping charge and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address changes and delivery issues

Please review your address before submitting your order. If you need a change, contact us as soon as possible. We will help when we can, but changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a package is delayed, lost, or delivered but you cannot locate it, contact us promptly so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
