REFUND/RETURN POLICY
OVERVIEW
In order to provide our customers with high-quality products at reasonable pricing, our return policy does not cover products ordered in the wrong size or buyer’s remorse. Therefore, we will not be able to issue refunds for orders based on these reasons.
For apparel, we highly encourage our customers to use the provided size guide and sizing table. The clothing we provide is true to US sizes and by using the size guides and sizing tables, you will be able to order the right fit for you.

Damages and issues
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@elaralifestyle.com and send your item to:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
